Usage
Fragrance: Add three to four drops to a fragrance diffuser to diffuse.
Topical: Apply one to two drops to desired area. Dilute with a carrier oil to reduce skin sensitivity. Please see the notes below for details.
For internal use: add one drop of essential oil to 120 ml of drink.
